San Francisco
The San Francisco office of Laurence Simons covers the West Coast and contiguous states. The office is managed by Seth Davis, who prior to joining Laurence Simons worked at one of the largest legal recruiting firms in the United States and before that was hailed as a legal technology pioneer in the electronic discovery and computer forensics industries. Seth is a graduate of the University of San Diego School Of Law, studied international human rights law at Trinity College in Dublin and international business law at Moscow State University. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis. Seth has also been coaching the University of California, Berkeley triathlon team since 2000.

Boston
Michael Kane is a partner with Laurence Simons and manages the Boston office for the firm. His practice focuses on assisting corporate legal departments and law firms throughout New England with their attorney recruitment needs.
Michael graduated cum laude with a B.A in Communications from Arizona State University and earned his J.D from Syracuse University College of Law. During law school, Michael joined the US Marine Corps and served as a reserve officer until graduation. He then went on active duty as a Judge Advocate, working as a prosecutor, defense counsel and operational attorney during a tour in Iraq.
Prior to joining Laurence Simons, Michael worked for a prominent international attorney search firm. He brings a wide range of experience with him and has worked with and placed attorneys at international law firms, Fortune 500 corporations and privately-held companies. He has gained an in-depth knowledge of the legal marketplace as both an attorney and legal search consultant.
