Our client approached us to help scale their global legal and compliance function. There was an added urgency to this brief as the US Department of Justice had imposed a corporate monitorship.
This search was large-scale, and their small team needed to grow by 80%. An independent Global Corporate and Internal Investigations function was to be created around four global geographical hubs.
The complex nature of this brief required Laurence Simons to create a bespoke task force comprised of our Senior Director, our Global Research Head and two Associates.
