Rachael graduated from Leicester with a BA Hons, after which she successfully sat the legal conversion courses, the 'CPE' and the 'LPC,' achieving commendation's in both. Subsequently, Rachael commenced a successful career in legal recruitment and has more than 16 years of experience in this field.
In 1995 Rachael joined Laurence Simons where her primary focus was on successfully building the in house legal practice. Rachael became a Manager of the UK In House team in 1997 and was appointed Partner in 2004. In 2007 Laurence Simons was acquired by the Five Ten Group.
