THE ROLE
The need has arisen for a Polish qualified Lawyer with particular expertise in corporate / commercial issues. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of the deal making process, drafting commercial contracts and negotiating agreements. You will be advising domestic and international clients from different sectors on diverse aspects of their business activity. THE CANDIDATE
This particular firm is very happy to speak to lawyers with good training and experience from an international or domestic law firm. It is expected that the ideal individual will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with general corporate / commercial matters, although all candidates with demonstrable ability to fulfill the role will be considered. Fluency in English is required.
