IP / Regulatory Litigation Senior Associate

Our client is a national Australian firm, firmly positioned in the first tier of law firms, and they have a brand new role for a senior IP litigator who is seeking an opportunity to demonstrate their leadership skills.

This is a busy and varied practice with litigation and advice across the full spectrum of IP and regulatory law including patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, confidential information, advertising and marketing law, industry specific regulatory schemes (for example, pharmaceutical, food, alcohol, medical devices etc), privacy, spam and data protection.  They are looking for someone who can work and deal with clients with minimal supervision as you will be the senior lawyer in the IP contentious team.

To be eligible for this outstanding opportunity you must have solid experience in IP litigation and experience in patent litigation is preferred.  You will be a member of the wider IP commercial, IT, competition and telco practice group and focusing on the contentious work arising out of the group and will also work closely with the large commercial litigation group.
