Legal Counsel - 5+ PQE - Global Leader Beijing

Our client is a global provider of mobile multimedia devices, including feature-rich phones, accessories and PC cards. Regarded as a well established global brand it creates compelling business opportunities for mobile operators and desirable, fun products for end users.

They are now seeking an experienced in-house legal counsel to join its Greater China legal team in based in Beijing. The successful applicant will support the manufacturing, sourcing and marketing activities in China, provide general legal support and mitigate business and legal risks. Applicants will have at least 4-5 years experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiation and general corporate/commercial matters gained in the region. Fluent Mandarin and Chinese language skills are required.
