PRC Regulatory/Funds Associate 5+ PQE

US law firm with a highly regarded funds/financial services team seeks a mid to senior level PRC funds associate to join its Hong Kong office.

The role will handle investment fund transactions particularly in the development of innovative fund structures and financial products including hedge funds, real estate investment trusts, investment-linked assurance arrangements and private equity arrangements. The role requires someone with at least 5 year's solid regulatory regime and fund management experience gained at another leading international firm in Asia.

Applicants must be qualified to practice in the PRC and fluent Mandarin language skills are essential.
