Rachel is an In-House legal recruitment specialist with over 5 years of international recruitment experience. Upon successfully completing her undergraduate degree from a top tier university in Sydney, Rachel initially joined a global recruitment company before moving to a national consultancy, specialising in legal recruitment whilst embarking on graduate law studies.
In 2009 Rachel relocated to London where she has continued to introduce legal professionals, at all levels, into the the in-house market throughout the UK. In May 2011 Rachel joined Laurence Simons International and is a member of the high profile, UK In-House team. Here, Rachel is responsible for introducing lawyers into all sectors, with a particular focus on the media and energy sectors.

Portia joined and managed our Dublin operations from 2005 in Ireland having worked as the General Manager of Pull & Bear (Inditex Group in Dublin) and as a Sales Consultant with IBM she built up a network of contacts and clients that is second to none in the market. Portia moved to the London office of Laurence Simons in 2008 maintaining her strong candidate and client base in Dublin whilst working with some many of the Magic Circle, City and International law firms. Portia continues to work closely with many candidates and clients in Dublin utlising her London network to produce outstanding results.
