Our client: Leading US company providing risk data and analytical insight seeks a common law or civil law qualified lawyer to support on all EMEA employment related matters, including HR strategic initiatives, employee relations, benefits, compensation, integrating aquired companies and ensuring employment compliance, partnering with HR to address workforce representation related issues, Works Council etc.

Background: You must be a qualified civil or common law qualified lawyer with extensive experience counselling on employment matters in Brussels, France, Switzerland, Germany and UK. You must show a demonstrable track record in employment preferably gained from in-house (financial services/fintech backgtround preferred/B2B) or from a top tier law firm and well known corporate. A practical business approach to problem solving is mandatory as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must have effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Languages: Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory. Fluency in French is preferred as a second European language.

Location and reporting: This role can be located in Brussels, Geneva or London and will report into the Associate General Counsel based in the US.
