The Role

As part of the expansion of its compliance function, an Associate Director, Ethics & Compliance, EMEAC position has been created at the company's headquarters in Switzerland. The position will involve working with the Executive Director, EMEAC to provide strategic direction and general compliance guidance in the region; implement and maintain all aspects of company's global Compliance Program.

The Requirements

A Common Law qualified lawyer, with a strong academic background is sought with at least 5 years compliance experience, ideally gained within the pharmaceutical industry

Compliance experience related to implementing a compliance program, including experience with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.K. Bribery Act (2010), and other anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws is preferred.

A self motivated team player, with ability to work well with others and operate in a matrixed, multi-cultural environment

Strong analytical skills with Project management skills to lead projects with cross-functional teams is sought. Our client offers competitive compensation packages as part of its commitment to the attraction and retention of top tier candidates.
