A US headquartered technology company is currently seeking an experienced Norwegian/Swedish speaking Contracts Manager to join their European team in London.
The role will involve providing contract support to all business units with a particular focus on the Nordics region. Responsibilities will involve the drafting and negotiating of contracts and agreements such as software licences and finance documents as well as providing guidance on interpretations of contractual clauses and obligations across the business. The successful candidate will also be expected to review and approve legal contract terms and instruct Counsel across Europe and may be required to travel on occasion within and outside of the UK.
Candidates will ideally have 5 years experience working in commercial contracts management and have an in-depth knowledge of contract and commercial law. A legal qualification is desirable but not a prerequisite for experienced candidates. Due to the European nature of the role, Swedish or Norwegian language skills are required for this position and candidates should have experience in working across both the UK and Nordics regions.
