An international software and services company with operations across the US, Europe and Asia is looking for an experienced German speaking Contracts Negotiator to join their global team.
This opportunity will involve providing contracts support and negotiation across the business, in particular within the German market. Key responsibilities will involve the negotiating and reviewing of software licences and contracts including MSA's and SOW's. You will also be expected to provide support on commercial matters, creating and revising contract templates and work closely with senior members of the global legal team.
Candidates will ideally have 4 years in commercial contracts management and with a background in the IT sector. A knowledge of German law is essential and experience in negotiating German commercial contracts is a prerequisite.
