Our client

Our client is a dynamic global pharmaceutical company with a focus on specialty care, headquartered near Paris and operating in over 30 countries.

The role

A need has arisen to support the Iberian and Italian business on all compliance issues. Based within the Barcelona offices and acting as part of the Global Ethics and Compliance team, the successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Legal, Regulatory, Medical and Finance Team on country or geographical cluster compliance related matters. He/she will be in charge of the execution of the Global Ethics and Compliance Program for the region and contribute to its continuous improvement. Providing local support and procedural input, monitoring and executing the global compliance strategy, will all be part of days to day tasks, as well as training the business, and suggesting appropriate local adaptation of the Program to further its efficiency and application in the region.

Profile sought

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a compliance department with experience in a function in relation with the Pharma Regulatory environment, and previous experience dealing with different countries in a multinational, business environment.

A demonstrated and proven knowledge of the IFPMA code, the EFPIA Codes, as well as local codes and regulations would be a plus. He/she will be fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
