Our client is a globally recognised publicly-listed network services provider and a responsible and relevant driver of positive change within the communities and societies in which it operates. As part of this commitment, a newly created specialist Head of Compliance (Customer Compliance & Third Party Management) appointment has been created, to be located on the M4 corridor, UK.  Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the successful candidate shall manage a team of 4 direct reports.   

This is a key strategic hire and would be suited to an experienced compliance professional with at least 10 years of experience focusing on 3rd party management, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and AML. You will devise on and set strategy, support on implementation and roll out, adding considerable value and contribution to the global compliance function ensuring the business “walks the talk”. You will have existing leadership skills which you will use to inspire and influence a team of direct reports. Your project management skills will be exceptional and you must be comfortable working on complex issues on a global level, across different jurisdictions and markets, drawing upon your deep experiences of FCPA/SEC/monitorship practices.
