We are recruiting for two Labor & Employment Attorneys for the Milwaukee or Madison office of a national law firm. The group is nationally recognized for a comprehensive range of services in labor, employment, and employee benefits and is considered one of the largest in the Midwest.
Chambers USA calls this group market leader with a deep bench of experienced practitioners. This exciting opportunity is for a candidate with at least four years of law firm experience handling complex labor and employment matters. Employment litigation experience is preferred.
Both positions have the potential to be either a partnership track associate or a staff attorney position. The Staff Attorney position involves working set hours and is ideal for candidates that wish to handle sophisticated legal matters, but would rather work set business hours and not have business development requirements. The Staff Attorney position will be highly compensated; however will likely not be eligible for an hours-based bonus. The Partnership Track Associate would be bonus eligible after meeting the 1850 minimum billable hour expectation.
