We have been instructed to recruit a Legal Manager for one of our Clients, a leading healthcare company based in Lugano, to support the Legal Contract Negotiation Unit in their headquarters.
The role includes:
Support Sponsor Scientific Operation in finalizing legal agreements with CROs/sites in support of the Sponsor's group multiple clinical studies related to Sponsor's group's proprietary products, subject to different scientific and CMC development phases, for their final commercialization on a worldwide basis.
Draft issuance and negotiation of agreements with the CROs (mainly international).
Review of template clinical trial agreements to be executed with selected sites (hospitals, clinics, institutions, etc.) for the performance of multi-centric clinical trials in the designated countries.
Review of comments/changes proposed by the sites to the draft clinical trial agreements (between CRO and site) for multi-centric clinical trial performance.
Review of regulatory documents necessary to submit and obtain approval for the performance of clinical trials in the designated countries.
Services agreements between Sponsor and those vendors involved in the clinical trials performance.
To apply for this role you will have at least 3 years PQE in contract drafting and negotiation of agreements with CROs and selected sites for clinical product development at international level, as well as a solid experience in the above legal contract activities in pharma/healthcare industry.
Candidates with no experience in the pharma/healthcare industry will not be taken into consideration for this process.
The successful candidate will also prove to have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, ability to work in team and in a high pressure environment; detail orientation, precision, problem solving and confidentiality are key requirements for the role.
The position reports into the Head of Legal Contract Negotiation unit.
Excellent command of English and Italian (written and spoken) are mandatory; good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required.
This is a fixed term contract, until approximately June 2018.
