This leading Public Law practice gives regulatory, commercial and administrative law advice to public and private sector clients across a range of sectors such as health, utilities, real estate and insurance. Its lawyers act for high profile regulated businesses, public bodies and national and regional governments across the UK. They are now looking for a junior Public Law solicitor to further strengthen their national practice.
This particular role will focus on giving public law, regulatory, risk and commercial advice in the healthcare sector. The work includes advising on e.g. the implementation and compliance with new regulations and developments in the health and social care sectors, new innovations and technologies, advising on risk management, judicial review defence, protection of rights, procurement and state aid, information and data protection law, and much more.
Candidates should be qualified as a solicitor and ideally have up to two years of experience in a good Public Law or Regulatory practice or in the public sector. You should have strong academics and excellent drafting skills. You should be a good team player with a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.
