Victoria Jackson.

Victoria is a Senior Director in our London office. She joined the business in 2015 and led the Asia, Middle East and Africa practice from Dubai before relocating to London in 2018. She has over 11 years of legal search experience and has supported many multinational and private-equity-backed businesses on legal, compliance and privacy hiring. Victoria has extensive international experience and supports many of her clients on a global basis, especially during periods of intense change such as digital transformation or compliance monitorships. She has notable expertise in privacy, investigations, and compliance. Victoria previously worked in a boutique practice in London and has a background in English and Spanish law.

Before law school, Victoria attended stage school, and outside of work, she frequently indulges her passion for music, languages, sailing and fast cars.
